Press-conferences
Pre-match press-conferences are held before the Qualifiers for the FIFA World Cup, the UEFA European Championship and the UEFA Nations League. In principle the participants are members of Belarus national A-team, as well as other participants in cases predetermined by the corresponding guidelines of men's and women's tournaments with Belarus teams of different age. In certain cases pre-match press-conferences can also be held before the friendly matches. As a rule the head coach and football players take part in the pre-match press-conference. The time and location of the pre-match press-conferences as well as the details of the participants are communicated via the official website of ABFF.
Post-match press-conferences are held after all official and friendly fixtures of Belarus national A-team, official fixtures of Belarus U-21 team and in other cases predetermined by the corresponding guidelines of men's and women's tournaments with Belarus teams of different age. As a rule the head coach takes part in the post-match press-conference.
Special press-conferences are held on certain occassions with high media attention. The time and location of the special press-conferences is communicated via the official website of ABFF. Representatives of the board of AВFF, players and coaches of the national A-team as well as other Belarus teams of different age can take part in such press-conferences.
Open training sessions
Pre-match open training sessions are held before the Qualifiers for the FIFA World Cup, the UEFA European Championship and the UEFA Nations League. In principle the participants are members of Belarus national A-team, as well as other participants in cases predetermined by the corresponding guidelines of men's and women's tournaments with Belarus teams of different age. The time and location of the pre-match open training sessions is communicated via the official website of ABFF.
Special open training sessions are held during training-preparation camps of Belarus men's and women's teams of different age.
Before the training session the representatives of the TV companies can take express comments of the head coach and two or three players. The duration of the interviews cannot exceed 5-7 minutes. After the open part of the training session is over the media representatives are to leave the location. Sometimes it is the last part of the training session that can be open. In this case the express-comments can be taken after the training session is over.
In order to be present at the open training session it is necessary to inform the press-office (no later than 48 hours prior to the training session) with a corresponding application containing the head of the media group, contact details as well as the aims of the visit, date and time of the planned publication.
Interviews
In order to arrange an exclusive interview with a coach or a player* of Belarus national A-team, as well as other Belarus men's and women's teams of different age the media representative should prepare an application with a signature of the director of the corresponding media organisation and it's stamp. The application can be sent by e-mail — press@bff.by (scan of the application) or fax +375 (17) 254-56-00 with a coment «For the press-office of ABFF».
Having sent the application the media representative is to make sure that it is well received by the press-officer by calling +375 (29) 700-70-51.
The interview application should contain the following information:
1) Information about the media organisation: full name, CEO or Chief Editor details, e-mail, contacts of the editor's office, circulation (for print media), frequency;
2) Information about the journalist: surname, name, phone and mobile, fax, e-mail;
3) The surname of the Belarus team member chosen for the interview;
4) Topic of the interview;
5) planned time and date and location of the interview;
6) planned duration of the interview;
7) planned time and date of publication.
Applications which do not correspond to the outlined requirements will not be review. When reviewing applications priority will be given to the Media organisations, representatives of which cover Belarus national team games more often and media partners of ABFF.
The press-office will reply regarding the possibility or impossibility of the interview no later that 24 hours after receiving the corresponding application.
Before the publication the media representative is to provide the full text (title, headline, interview) to the interviewee. The material can only be published after the approval of the interviewee.
*The press-office of ABFF draws the attention of media representatives the fact that players members of Belarus men's and women's national teams are available only during training camps and international fixtures. In order to get in contact with the players at a different time it is necessary to get in touch with the press-office of the respective football club.
